Complaints Policy

At Mymundo, we take complaints seriously. If you are dissatisfied with our services, communication, or the way we handled a situation, you can submit a formal complaint for an independent review.

When to file a complaint?

You can submit a complaint if you’re dissatisfied with:

  • Our products or services

  • The way we communicated with you

  • A decision or policy that affects your account

  • A marketing message you received

What is not handled through the complaints process?

The complaints process is not meant for:

  • Invoice disputes or payment issues
For example: “I don’t agree with my invoice” or “I don’t want to pay.”
These will be forwarded directly to our billing team.

  • Service requests or technical incidents
For example: “My website is down” or “How do I change…?”
These are handled by our support team.

  • Abuse, threats, or legal demands
These will be routed to the appropriate department.

  • Escalations within an existing support ticket or chat
These remain within the regular support process.

If you're unsure whether your message qualifies as a complaint, our team will make sure it reaches the right department.

What happens after you submit a complaint?

  • We confirm that we’ve received it.

  • A dedicated case owner reviews your complaint independently.

  • You receive a clear written response explaining our findings and any next steps.

We aim to provide a detailed response within 4 weeks.

How we use complaints

We see complaints as an opportunity to improve. Depending on the subject, your feedback may help us:

  • Improve products or processes

  • Review or clarify policies

  • Provide coaching or training to our teams

Privacy and confidentiality

Your complaint is handled confidentially and is only accessible to authorized staff. We use your information solely to investigate and resolve your complaint, in accordance with privacy legislation.

Complaints are stored digitally in our ticket system according to our retention guidelines. Any physical copies are securely destroyed.
